The production of custom-made composites is a specialisation in its own right. Based in the Netherlands, Rhebergen Composites BV is an expert in the design, engineering and production of structural composites. Our primary field is the creation of one-off components for superyachts. From carbon/epoxy rudders to carbon superstructures with a carbon signal mast, everything is possible. Next to composite yachts or hulls we also make composite tenders from lightweight sandwich materials as well as special hoisting gear. Architectural composites are another area with similar requirements in which Rhebergen is increasingly applying its unrivalled experience. We also create applications in other fields and would be pleased to discuss your ideas. Composites offer considerable freedom in design, with any shape being possible. Whatever we are making, weight saving is a priority and reliability our highest goal.
