This information is provided to those who register for the free Newsletter service pursuant to art. 13 GDPR 679/16 – “European regulation on the protection of personal data”.

Collected Personal Data
The processing we intend to carry out concerns your personal data (email), as defined by the Privacy Code and by the GDPR, of which we are or of which we will become aware by virtue of registration with the free newsletter service.
Purpose of the processing
The personal identification and information data collected are used to fulfill the request to send the newsletter and its registration in the mailing list, concerning informational messages and commercial and promotional communications relating to the activity carried out by the Owner. The treatment will be carried out on the basis of the consent freely given by you. The personal data will be processed in computerized form and inserted in the relevant databases to which only the owner and his appointees can access, it is stressed that all the appropriate security measures have been adopted for protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject.
Data recipients
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disclosed, or will not be disclosed to undetermined subjects, in any possible form, including that of making them available or simple consultation. Instead, they can be communicated to Andrea Blasi as an “authorized person” and to those who collaborate with it for the purpose of fulfilling your request.

The data controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
Data retention
The personal data provided by users who have accepted to receive promotional communications will be processed for an appropriate time period for the marketing purposes set forth below. Specifically, our organization decides to keep the data for a maximum period of ten years.
Rights of the interested party
With reference to articles 15 – right of access, 16 – right of rectification, 17 – right to cancellation, 18 – right to limitation of treatment, 20 – right to portability, 21 – right of opposition, of GDPR 679/16, the person concerned exercises his rights by writing to the Data Controller at the address above, or by email, specifying the subject of your request, the right you intend to exercise.
Withdrawal of consent
With reference to art. 6 of GDPR 679/16, the interested party can revoke any consent given at any time.
Refusal to provide data
The interested party may refuse to provide the Data Controller with his personal data since the provision of personal data is optional, however, the refusal to provide the data makes it impossible to obtain the newsletter service.
Automated decision making processes
The Data Controller does not process the data sent consisting of automated decision-making processes.
